Return and Refund Policy for Nexan Decor

At Nexan Decor, we are committed to providing the highest quality wall paintings and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we’ve created this return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for wall paintings under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your wall painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will initiate a return and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Items: If we send you the wrong item (size, color, design, etc.), you are eligible for a return. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item, and we’ll provide a solution.

Note: We do not accept returns if the product has been used or altered in any way after receiving it.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized paintings (unless defective).

  • Any items purchased during sales or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at nexandecor@gmail.com or call our customer support at 9829932211. Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).

  • Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid any further damage during transit.

4. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For other return requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
